New research article on 2D Materials based on phosphorus atoms. We prove that large-scale and defect-free phosphorene synthesis is possible. Nickel can be used as substrates with fascinating behavior depending on orientation. It can select which allotropes we may have, Blue or Gamma. We show that P₅ may be the precursor. And more, MD can be used to simulate 2D Materials synthesis in vapor phase.
