Abstract:
Black phosphorus synthesis become a hot research area due to its intrinsic properties, such as high conductivity, controllable bandgap, and good carrier mobility with numerous applications. However, the synthesis of black phosphorus remains a significant challenge, and it is related to the need to produce high-scale materials with high purity. To address this challenge in the current study, we propose to investigate the structural properties of BP that we synthesized via the Chemical Vapor Transport method. Through Raman Spectroscopy, we study the structural proprieties. This approach helps to understand the BP synthesis mechanism and to improve the CVT technics for BP synthesis.
