Our community is comprised of faculty members, staff, research fellows, education fellows, and postdoctoral researchers. Besides teaching and scientific research activities, IAP members are involved in extra-curricular activities like Doctoral UM6P Journal Club and UM6P CubeSat Initiative to develop the scientific temperament of the students and community at the Campus.

Not just that, the IAP also aims to start scientific activities and exhibitions in the city’s high schools to promote science among young students. In addition, the general awareness programs related to the role of African women in Physics at the trim community level in Ben Guerir are also on our bucket list.

INTERNATIONAL MASTERCLASSES: Hands on Particle Physics

The UM6P Institute of Applied Physics aims to launch scientific activities and exhibitions in the city’s high schools of Benguerir to promote science among young students. IAP is pleased to host its first event for its community within the UM6P – CERN Framework, with international masterclasses, where high school students will become physicists for a day by discovering the world of particles and forces of nature.
