The 2D Materials device physics research activities mainly explore the underlying fundamental physics of nanoscale quantum devices based on 2D materials. At IAP, we look forward to developing novel device concepts that may lead to future technological applications in ultrafast electronics, spintronics, optoelectronics, terahertz photonics generation/sensing, information storage/processing, and more.
