The IAP Nano User/CHP Advisory Committee, composed of guarantor members and one external representative, meets every Monday at 11 am to generate recommendations and requests, which the Head of the Institute of Applied Physics reviews. This committee is the fourth advisory body of the Institute of Applied Physics. Meeting outcomes are documented for internal and external use. Additionally, the committee establishes the Chemical Hygiene Plan. A guarantor monitors hygiene and security protocols across all research areas at IAP Nano monthly.
